In an attempt to slim down by deleting some programs I removed some vital "stuff" that makes the system stable. The result was an endless events of crashes. The laptop involved is 6 years old, time flies when you are having fun. The processor is still fast a Pentium 4, 2.4Ghz. with a 16" screen. I miss them a lot. Their smiles and eagerness to be held and carried. They are trying to stand and walk and so far they are getting there as nature intends them to.
