Bad Lab results

After a doctor's visit, my health is in crisis. Bad news on the cholesterol section. Eating out and picking bad choices of foods in wrong amounts led to this disaster. Time to get out of the rut and start moving my behind to get in shape.

Taebo in the morning before work. No more eggs and sausages for a long while. I bought some eggs substitute. Tuna salad for lunch and salmon for dinner.

How long can I last with this type of plan? As long as I can to get my body back in shape. High risk for heart attack and stroke is not a way to plan for a long healthy future. I see these on old people who didn't take care of themselves.

A co-worker told me that I'm turning a new leaf as I start to exercise and eat better.
