Only in America, the land of the dumb.

Health care in this country sucks. Now that is not a revelation, not a new found concept. It seems like the uninsured get better care than the insured. Not only that, the patient I was taking care of the other day even has the audacity to demand service, that I was too slow and wants to know when the doctor is coming and who sent me there anyway. The bastard can hardly speak english and I'm wiping his fucking mexican ass.

This bean eating, cerveza drinking, cocaine snorting, bastard creating piece of low life scum was my patient for 2 days. No insurance so his care is paid for by the taxpayers and I get to feed him and clean his ass. ONLY IN FUCKING AMERICA. Fuckers like him should be deported to the land of crap down south. He is sucking the life out of this great nation. He is one of 13 children and all of them wants to have visas to visit him in the hospital. 13 potential illegal aliens with their bastard kids coming to America, with no skills, don't speak english, and want have great life here in our country on our expense. Now where do I send money to support the Patriots who are watching our borders in Arizona?

To make it worst, he is demanding care. WHAT THE FUCK? But, it's okay. The scum is dying. He is septic, infection everywhere. Even the inside of his eyeballs are infected. If he survives, he can be blind, on dialysis and who knows what else. With dialysis, it's automatic medicare. We get to pay for his healthcare until he dies. He is only in his early 40's so that will be millions of dollars. Oh, maybe we can also pay for his drug habit and alcoholism.

I like what they did in North Carolina when I was working as a nurse there. They deported the poor guy back south for free. He has abdominal cancer and NC ain't paying for that sorta thing. The social worker said Mexico City was bad. The hospital was pretty primitive.

I pay a pretty penny for my health insurance and the bastards wont pay for my medication without doctors authorization. The doctor prescribed the medicine, now he needs to authorize it? What a stupid system. One insurance gal called in one day asking about a patient. I wasn't familiar about the company she represents so I asked what is xyz. She said "the insurance company, the one that pays the bills." Wow, I'm impressed. They actually pay? I never have to deal with insurance people before, so I was a little leary. There are laws about info over the phone. This chick was pretty savy, she thinks. Unfortunately, the info she needs is not in the chart and to make it worst a doctor just grabbed the chart. So now I can't help her. She asked for the case manager for the patient and I told her I need to look it up and I'll put her on hold. She hang up after a couple of minutes. Bwahahahaha. Stupid bitch. She didn't call again. It's nice to screw with the fucking insurance company. Next time I send my premium, I'll ask for the money to be authorized before they can cash it.
